People buy new phones during the holidays. They also return them. To help build bonds with new customers and reduce churn, we scripted and shot 21 How To videos that answered some of the internet’s most searched for questions related to Galaxy devices. Then, when someone tweeted about getting a new device, we hit them up directly with a video that helped them learn more about the new phone. And of course we made GIFs, because if you didn’t GIF it, did it really happen?
